§ 4-10.3. Seizure and Destruction.

Any mechanical amusement device found by any deputy sheriff, constable, or police officer to be available for use by the public within the Town limits may be seized and impounded by the officer. If any person is tried and found guilty of allowing the device to be so used, the machine shall be destroyed by the officer.
